We are not accepting rentals at this time. Located right in the heart of the BWI Business District, the National Electronics Museum welcomes business and technical societies to host luncheons, receptions, dinners, and meetings within a museum atmosphere in one of our two rental facilities. Pioneer Hall is a newly renovated 4,000 square foot hall, which accommodates approximately 160 people seated in a dinner configuration or approximately 250 people in an auditorium configuration. The rental fee includes a free tour of the museum. If you are interested in the tour, please let us know at least two weeks in advance so we can secure a tour guide. Pioneer Hall Rental Fees*
Monday-Friday (7am-4pm): $600
Monday-Thursday (4pm-10pm): $675
Friday (4pm-10pm): $750
Saturday-Sunday (8am-10pm): $750
*Each fee is for an event up to 8 hours including set-up and clean-up. Each additional hour is $100/hour.
