Collections

The National Electronics Museum holds approximately 25,000 artifacts in our Historical and Vacuum Tube Collections. Historic radars, such as the Nike Ajax, TPS-43, SCR-270, and SCR-584 with full trailer highlight the collection. Thousands of additional artifacts including radios, countermeasure devices, vacuum tubes, satellites, sonar equipment, electro optical devices, and test equipment document the defense and civilian electronics industry.

About 10% of these artifacts are on display in the museum galleries, while others are housed in our storage facility. The Historical Collection is cataloged in a searchable database which is available by appointment with museum staff.
