Thank you for considering the National Electronics Museum as a repository for your historic electronic artifacts.
What we collect: We collect materials focusing on the organization, design, development, integration, and operation of complex electronic systems for space, air, ocean, or ground environment. These systems include, but are not limited to, navigation, avionics, communications, aerospace power, radar, sonar, telemetry, defense, and command and control. Personal computer equipment is not generally within our collecting scope.
Donation Process: please contact the nemuseum@gmail.com to make a donation offer. All offered materials must be reviewed to ensure they meet the museum’s collections needs and criteria. Many donation offers can be reviewed and accepted or declined by Collections staff; however, some offers may need review by our Collections Committee, which meets quarterly.
To ensure full consideration of offers, the review process may take several weeks.
Please do not bring potential donations to the museum unless you have an appointment with a staff member. Front Desk staff and volunteers are not able to accept object donations.
Read our Guidelines for Donors for more information.
