Aubrey Quasney – Executive Museum Director

Aubrey Quasney studied Art History and Painting at the Maryland Institute College of Art, receiving her BFA in 2013. She has a few creative roles as a freelance artist in many mediums, photography editor, and novice conservator. In 2014, Aubrey began working for the Computer Museum at System Source as a curatorial intern and eventually stayed on as a curator, designer, and coordinator. She is passionate about museums, art, and history and is now focusing that passion in her position as Director of the National Electronics Museum.


Ray Newton – Accounting/Admin

Ray is the owner of a small accounting practice specializing in accounting and compliance services for nonprofit 501(c) organizations. Ray has an extensive background in accounting and a passion for the advancement and success of entities that work to serve the STEAM initiative for schools and other youth organizations.

In addition to providing accounting and compliance services, Ray also assists in docent and educational roles for the museum.


Harrison Rebstock – Museum Assistant

Harrison Rebstock graduated from Hood College in early 2024 with a BD in English. He is a jack of all trades and has interned in various departments such as archives, mail courier services, HVAC, and warehouse management. He has been a long-time intern and temporary contractor for NEM and System Source since high school. He has helped with exhibit setup and collections care to help NEM thrive.


Mina Altman – Museum Educator & Outreach Coordinator

Mina Altman holds a Master’s in Museum Education from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in Public History from Stevenson University. She worked with institutions like DoodleHatch, the Marietta House Museum, and previously with NEM, developing and facilitating educational programs for diverse audiences. She also conducted data collection with Audience Focus, deepening her understanding of what visitors value in museum experiences and how to tailor programs to meet their needs. She is passionate about creating meaningful, hands-on learning opportunities that connect people with history.
